The risky nature of our work impels to the necessity of strict Health and Safety regulations. The conformity to the regulations is such essential for us, and hence we create a safety culture throughout the company and assure that all regulations are well communicated.

Staff Training

Training and assessment in Megatugs is realised regularly so that we can assure that our crew members meet the necessary requirements to operate our tugs and provide high quality services to our clients. Along with our experienced personnel we recruit new staff and train younger seafarers in order to meet our new standards created due to our expansion. Our skilled people guarantee safety and success in our operations.

Environment

By replacing our tugs with newer and technologically advanced, we manage to reduce and control our emissions. This effort is alligned with the culture and the procedures that have been created and followed from our personel in order to avoid water pollution.
